Age restrictions

When you buy a product from our website you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or over. It is illegal in the UK to sell alcohol to someone under 18 or for an adult to buy or attempt to buy alcohol on behalf of someone under 18.


We only accept online payments made via Stripe.

We do not accept cheques.


We’ll deliver your goods as soon as possible and do everything we can to get your order to you within 4 business days.

We don’t deliver outside mainland UK. If the delivery address is north of Edinburgh or Glasgow we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery charge to cover the extra expense.

Price and product details

We reserve the right to remove an item from the shop or to change product prices without notice. If for any reason the goods’ description and/or the price is incorrect, we reserve the right to charge you for the correct goods and price.

All orders are accepted subject to stock availability.

Prices include VAT but not carriage.

We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. Please contact us if you want any additional information about a product before you place your order.

Damage in transit

You should only accept goods if they arrive in good condition and undamaged. If your goods arrive in an obviously damaged condition or have been opened, please don’t accept them and return them to the courier. If possible mark them as ‘damaged in transit’.


If you receive the incorrect goods or on opening you find them to be damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. If possible, take a photo so we can see what the damage is. We’ll arrange to collect the package and a new item will be re-sent to you as soon as we receive the damaged goods back.

Substitutions and non-delivery

If a shipment is returned to us as a result of the recipient being un-contactable or not responding to a card left by the carriers, an additional delivery charge will be made before the goods are re-delivered. If your order gets lost as a result of you entering an incorrect or incomplete delivery address we will not be held responsible for the loss. Re-delivery will be charged at the normal rate.

Cancellation before despatch

If you need to cancel an order that has been paid for, please contact us by telephone or email before the order is despatched, and we will refund your money.

Cancellation or return of unwanted goods

Any returns of un-damaged goods must be made at your expense. However, we’ll refund the full cost of the goods once we receive the unwanted goods back, so long as they are in good condition. Please make sure that you package the goods as securely as possible to avoid them being damaged in transit.
